Final Fantasy XV ของ PC มีดีกว่าคอนโซล ไม่ได้พอร์ตมาnFinal Fantasy XVnจากที่ทาง Final Fantasy XV กำลังจะทำเวอร์ชั่น PC ออกมาให้ได้เล่นกัน ล่าสุดทางผู้กำกับ Hajime Tabata ได้ให้เปิดเผยผ่านทาง Steam community เกี่ยวกับตัวเกมเวอร์ชั่น PC ที่กำลังจะออกมาให้ชาว PC ได้เล่นกันในวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2018 นี้ ว่าทำไมตัวเกมเวอร์ชั่น PC ถึงใช้เวลานานมากในการพัฒนา ทั้งๆที่เกมเวอร์ชั่นคอนโซลออกมาให้เล่นตั้งแต่ปลายปี 2016 แล้วnคุณ Hajime Tabata เปิดเผยว่าโปรเจคทำเกม Final Fantasy XV ของ PC นั้นกำลังเร่งทำกันอย่างเต็มที่ ต้องขอโทษชาวเกมเมอร์ PC ด้วยที่ทำให้ต้องรอกันนาน ทั้งนี้ก็เนื่องจาก Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition ไม่ได้ใช้วิธีพอร์ตมาจากเวอร์ชันคอนโซลแบบที่เกมอื่นๆทำกัน ทว่าต้องทำใหม่จากศูนย์แทน ด้วยเหตุนี้ทำให้เกมของเวอร์ชั่น PC จะมีความสมบูรณ์แบบและดียิ่งกว่าของคอนโซลnnนอกจากสาเหตุที่เกม Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition ต้องพัฒนาแยกจากของคอนโซลเลยทำให้ช้าแล้ว มันยังมีการเพิ่มโหมดพิเศษอื่นๆ ที่ไม่มีในคอนโซลด้วย อย่างฟังค์ชั่นที่เปิดให้เกมเมอร์ได้ Mod กันอย่างอิสระ มีระบบ Level Editor ให้ และอื่นๆที่จะมีให้เฉพาะในเวอร์ชั่น PC เท่านั้น รวมถึงความสมบูรณ์ของตัวเกมที่จะออกมาพร้อมตัวเสริมอย่างครบถ้วนnFinal Fantasy XV ของ PC จะมีให้โหลดจาก 3 ช่องทาง คือ Steam, Origin และ Microsoft Store ซึ่งหากโหลดจาก Microsoft Store จะมีฟังค์ชั่นพิเศษ ทำให้เล่นข้ามเครื่องกับเครื่อง Xbox one ได้ด้วยn nSource:nnhttps://www.dsogaming.com/news/final-fantasy-xv-for-the-pc-was-built-from-the-ground-up-is-a-generation-ahead-of-the-console-version/n"。
