ประเทศหลักๆที่ได้รับผลกระทบนี้คือ อเมริกา ,จีน และ โซเวียตnเกม Falloutnก่อนที่จะเลยเถิดไปเรื่องอื่นขอวกกลับมาที่ PIP-Boy กันอีกครั้ง เจ้าเครื่องที่ว่านี้ที่บอกว่ารวบรวมข้อมูล หากอิงจากในเกมมันก็คือค่า SPECIAL แต่คำนี้ไม่ได้หมายความว่าวิเศษวิโสอะไร มันคืออักษรย่อของคำเหล่านี้รวมกัน Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility และ Luck jumpsuit ส่วนใหญ่แล้วเข้าใจผิดเรียกมันว่า PIP-Boy แต่ชื่อจริงๆมันคือ ‘Vault Boy’ ครับnเกม FalloutnVault Boy ถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นมาสคอตของบริษัท Vault-Tec และเรามักจะได้เห็นเจ้าตัวนี้โผล่ในจักรวาล
