สาวคนรักของซุปเปอร์ฮีโร่ของเราที่มาในลุคสาวสวยเต็มวัย (น่าร้ากอะ) แล้วผู้เล่นก็จะได้พบกับโลกภายในเกม ที่มีทั้งคนดี คนร้าย ให้พ่อหนุ่มสไปดี้ ได้ช่วยเหลือ และปราบปราม ทำภารกิจต่างๆให้สำเร็จลุล่วงต่อไป "พลังอันยิ่งใหญ่ มาพร้อมกับความรับผิดชอบอันใหญ่ยิ่ง"nป้าเมย์nMJnระบบเกมเพลย์ ผู้เขียนต้องขอพูดถึงหัวใจหลักของเกมอย่างระบบปีนป่าย ห้อยโหน โจนทะยานของไอ้แมงมุม ก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก หรือตึกรามบ้านช่อง ที่ทำได้ว่องไว และสามารถกำหนดความช้า-ไวของการปีนป่ายได้อย่างสมดุล จากการที่ผู้เขียนสามารถควบคุมได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วแล้วนั้น สร้างความสนุกสนานให้แก่ผู้เขียนมากขึ้นnnระบบต่อมาที่จะพูดถึงคือระบบต่อสู้ของเกมที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากเกม ซุปเปอร์ฮีโร่ในตำนานอย่าง Batman Arkham Asylumnnnโดยที่เกม Marvel's Spider-Man เพิ่มได้ 3ช่อง เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถให้แก่ชุดที่ใส่nnnระบบอัพเกรดตัวละคร (Skill Tree) จะมีทั้งหมด 3 สาย ผู้เล่นสามารถนำPoint ที่ได้จากเลเวลอัพ มาอัพเกรดสกิลเพื่อช่วยในการเล่นต่างๆ เลือกอัพได้ตามใจชอบ (ก่อนอัพเกรดควรเซฟไว้ก่อน เผื่อไม่ชอบใจนะครับ)nnระบบภารกิจรอง ภารกิจย่อย ตัวเกม Marvel's Spider-Man ใส่มาให้ผู้เล่นได้เลือกเล่น เลือกทำอย่างมากมาย เช่น ภารกิจช่วยชาวเมืองจากวายร้าย ภารกิจค้นหากระเป๋า ภารกิจทำลายฐาน (Hideout) ที่รูปแบบแตกต่างกันไปตามช่วงของเกม โดยที่ตัวเกมจะใส่เงื่อนไขที่แตกต่างในการทำเพื่อที่จะได้รับรางวัลเพิ่มเข้ามาในแต่ละภารกิจ รวมทั้งในตัวเกมยังใส่ระบบสุ่มการเกิดเหตุการณ์ก่อการร้ายต่างๆเพิ่มเข้ามา เช่น ภารกิจหยุดรถผู้ร้าย หรือภารกิจยับยั้งเหล่าผู้ร้ายในการปล้นร้านค้าต่างๆnnnnnระบบคอนโทรลการควบคุมของเกม Marvel's Spider-Man ออกแบบมาให้เล่นได้ไหลลื่นดี ในเรื่องของแอคชั่นการปีนป่ายห้อยโหนนั้นอาจจะไม่ชินช่่วงแรกๆ แต่ก็ฝึกให้ชินไม่ยากนัก การออกท่าต่อสู้คอมโบแม้ท่าโจมตีจะไม่เยอะ แต่ก็กดได้ง่ายใช้สะดวก หรือถือว่าเป็นไฮไลท์เด็ดของเกมนี้เลยก็ว่าได้ เพราะเนื้อเรื่องอาจจะไม่แปลกตา สร้างความประหลาดใจให้แก่ผู้เล่นที่ผ่านการเล่นเกม Spider-Man หรือรับชม Spider-Man ที่เป็นฉบับภาพยนตร์ หรือฉบับการ์ตูน ถึงแม้ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องราวที่เขียนขึ้นมาใหม่ เรียบเรียงใหม่ โดยที่มุกและบทสนทนา อันยียวนกวนประสาทตามประสาสไปดี้ ก็มีใส่เข้ามาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
