SPECIAL แต่คำนี้ไม่ได้หมายความว่าวิเศษวิโสอะไร มันคืออักษรย่อของคำเหล่านี้รวมกัน Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility และ Luck แต่รู้หรือไม่ว่ามันก็มีเพศหญิงเช่นกันในชื่อ Vault Girl เพียงแต่เราอาจไม่เห็นมันบ่อยนัก ส่วนใหญ่แล้วจะโผล่เป็นภาพประกอบใน perk สำหรับเพศหญิงเท่านั้น หรือบางทีก็จะออกมาคู่กับ Vault Boynเกม
