กรี๊ดกันแล้วมาย้อนรอยซีรี่ส์นี้กันดีกว่า nอารัมภบทnซีรี่ส์ Sims เป็น 1 ในซี่รี่ส์เกมที่นับได้ว่ามีชื่อเสียงและเป็นที่รู้จักของคนหลากหลายวัย โดยมีต้นกำเนิดจากโครงงาน สร้างเกมแบบซิมูเลชั่น ของบริษัท Maxis มีตั้งแต่ SimsAnt, SimsSafari,SimsEarth, SimsCity, The Sims ฯลฯ ซึ่งที่คนไทยน่าจะคุ้นมากที่สุดก็คือ 2 อย่างหลัง คือ SimsCity และ The Sims นั่นเอง โดยก่อนหน้านี้ Maxis จัดจำหน่ายด้วยตัวเอง
